We are seeking a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in data analysis who is eager to grow in a supportive team environment. You should have a strong foundation in data development methods like outlier detection, structuring/building, weighting, and imputation. You should understand core methodologies across brand, product, and experience research, including brand measurement frameworks, NPS, and concept testing.
Essential Skills & Software Knowledge:
- Data Preparation: Proficiency in cleaning, recoding, restructuring, and weighting data files.
- Survey Design & QC: Familiarity with reviewing questionnaires, programming instructions, and conducting QC testing.
- Data Analysis & Visualization Software: Experience with tools such as Q, SPSS, DisplayR, PowerBI, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Client Sample Management: Ability to manage client sample processes and specified data streams, such as benchmark databases.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to present data and insights clearly and concisely.
Role Summary:
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Work alongside consultant teams to manage fieldwork, sampling, quotas, and weighting.
- Provide input into and review questionnaires for quality control purposes, including programming instructions and QC testing of survey links.
- Undertake data preparation tasks, leveraging external data sources as required (e.g., ABS Census).
- Deliver ad-hoc data analysis requests, providing results according to specifications under the guidance of senior team members.
- Use analytical and data visualisation tools to support data analytics and reporting.
