The Role
We are seeking an experienced Insights Director to join the Product team, supporting financial services clients across Australia and New Zealand. This leadership role is responsible for delivering high-quality research and insights, mentoring teams, and driving best practices across all aspects of client delivery and operations. You will play a key role in shaping client strategy, improving efficiency, and fostering innovation through advanced research methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, actionable insights and client presentations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client priorities and market trends.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts to ensure quality and consistency.
- Identify and implement improvements in research processes and outputs.
- Partner with Sales and Client Success teams to support client growth.
- Drive innovation through new methodologies and analytical approaches.
- Lead knowledge-sharing and training initiatives across the team.
- Foster an engaged, high-performing team culture.
Skills & Experience
- 8-12 years of experience in market research, insights, or analytics.
- Proven ability to design and manage complex primary research programs.
- Skilled in translating data into strategic, actionable insights.
- Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders and executive-level clients.
- Proficiency in SPSS, Q, or similar analysis tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
