Lead Account Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and driven market research consultant with a solid foundation of at least two years of research agency experience who is eager to take the next step in their career. This hands-on, client-facing role offers a range of opportunities, ensuring no two days are the same!
What’s the Role?
In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end customised studies for various clients, industries, and business issues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Take client briefs and demonstrate a solid understanding of their business and industry.
  • Contribute to proposal development, including methodology frameworks and sampling.
  • Develop screeners, questionnaires, and discussion guides with team support.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, liaising with clients and coordinating with fieldwork agencies.
  • Conduct data management tasks, such as cleaning, coding, and analysing data using Q or SPSS.
  • Create data visualisations and client outputs, including reports, personas, journey maps, and playbooks.
  • Deliver insights, implications, and actions based on research findings.
  • Support client presentations and general project administration processes.
  • Develop marketing content as needed.

  • A minimum of 2 years of market research agency experience.
  • Proficiency in SPSS and/or Q for data analysis.
  • Strong data visualisation skills using Microsoft products, especially PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing end-to-end customised research projects.
  • Excellent written communication skills, focusing on report writing and content creation.
  • High level of numeracy and attention to detail.
  • A passion for learning and developing client relationships.

Key Skills:

  • Market research agency experience (minimum two years).
  • Proficiency with SPSS and/or Q.
  • Strong skills in data visualisation and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in project management and client liaison.
  • Excellent written English skills for reporting and content creation.
  • High attention to detail and numeracy.
  • Willingness to collaborate and support team members.
