Market Research Operations & Data Specialist

We’re seeking an Operations & Data Specialist to support a market research agency through a key transition period. This role will focus on data processes, platform management, and ensuring smooth operational delivery while the team migrates away from legacy systems.
This contract position is ideal for individuals with strong technical knowledge of research operations and data platforms, as well as a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot operational data workflows
- Oversee data collection, cleaning, and integration
- Provide technical and platform support
- Assist in the migration and setup of new tools and processes
- Maintain quality assurance across all project stages
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
Skills & Experience
- Experience in market research operations and data management
- Hands-on knowledge of Sawtooth and Quantum
- Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
