We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of research projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables under the supervision of senior research consultants. You’ll need to be proactive, client-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  
What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least three years in project management within a market research agency is essential. You should be well-versed in the operations side of market research and have a strong market research background.
  • Skills: Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research design (quantitative skills are a plus). Familiarity with data processing and analysis tools, particularly Q and SPSS, is required. Experience with data visualisation tools is also desirable.
  • Qualifications: A university degree is preferred, but your practical experience and skills will be essential.

  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee project tasks from the initial brief to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Client Management: Act as clients’ primary point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in costing, obtaining supplier quotes, and coordinating documentation for project proposals.
  • Fieldwork Management: Work closely with suppliers to monitor progress and address any issues during fieldwork stages.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Contribute to developing reports, conducting data quality checks, and visualising output.
  • Financial Management: Keep projects within budget, identify potential cost overruns early, and implement efficiencies to maintain financial control.
