Product Director – Business Banking
About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams and business banking stakeholders to identify industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform product innovation and enhance corporate and commercial banking decision-making.
- Ensure product compliance with industry regulations, risk frameworks, and financial standards relevant to business banking.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in product leadership within a market research agency or financial services environment, with deep expertise in business banking.
- Strong knowledge of business banking trends, customer needs, and corporate finance solutions.
- Advanced data and analytics skills, including proficiency in tools like Q, SPSS, R, or Python, with the ability to extract insights that inform product strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate the regulatory and compliance landscape of business banking.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite and senior decision-makers.
