This is an exciting opportunity to lead a thriving qualitative practice, manage a small team, and drive business growth while working with high-profile FMCG and retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the qualitative research practice, ensuring excellence in delivery and innovation.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic direction in qualitative methodologies.
- Take a hands-on approach to qualitative research, from design to analysis, ensuring high-quality insights.
- Manage and mentor a small team of qualitative researchers, fostering professional growth and development.
- Act as the day-to-day lead on key accounts, building strong client relationships.
- Manage and grow existing business, identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand service offerings.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Qualitative Research Expertise: Strong practitioner with hands-on experience in qualitative research, including methodologies such as focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnography, and online communities.
- Industry Experience: Proven track record working with FMCG and retail clients, delivering insights that drive business decisions.
- Leadership: Experience in leading a team, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop junior researchers.
- Client Management: Excellent client management skills, with a skill for building rapport and maintaining client relationships.
- Business Development: Ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities to grow existing accounts and drive new business.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
