We’re working with a leading strategic insights consultancy to find a qualitative research leader with 6+ years of experience. The Role
You’ll lead qualitative projects across brand, product, innovation, and experience in this role. You’ll be hands-on in research delivery, team development, and client growth, ensuring every project is delivered with depth, clarity, and commercial relevance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading strategic qualitative projects end-to-end
- Designing robust, creative methodologies tailored to business needs
- Managing client relationships across key accounts
- Supporting and mentoring a team of consultants
- Presenting insights with clarity, confidence, and impact
- Contributing to business development and leadership
- Collaborating with senior leaders to drive growth and culture
What You Bring
- 6+ years’ experience in a strategic qualitative insights agency
- Strong moderation skills across methodologies—depths, groups, ethnography, and online qualitative
- Experience in studies such as innovation, concept testing, brand positioning, and communications evaluation
- Excellent storytelling skills and an ability to translate insights into strategy
- Commercial acumen with experience managing projects and budgets
- A leader who inspires growth, collaboration, and excellence
- Strategic thinker, professional, team player, and confident communicator
