The Opportunity:
They seek an experienced Market Research professional with 2-3 years of experience in a market research or human insights agency and proficiency with Q Research Software. This role involves independently running end-to-end projects, growing client relationships, and delivering data-driven insights through data analysis, report, and presentation development. They have diverse clients from FMCG, technology, media, banking/finance, telecommunications, retail etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client proposals for qualitative and quantitative projects.
- Conduct and oversee fieldwork, liaising with fieldwork teams and recruiting agencies.
- Prepare insightful client presentations with actionable business recommendations.
- Manage online community administration, moderation, and reporting.
- Extract and present relevant insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
Qualifications:
- Degree in psychology, marketing, business, anthropology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience within a market research or human insights agency working on bespoke or customised insights project
- Proven problem solver and project manager with curiosity in consumer behaviour.
- Proficient in Q Research Software.
- Understanding of core methodologies (brand measurement, NPS, concept testing).
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
