We’re on the hunt for a superstar data-driven storyteller who thrives in the fast-paced world of FMCG! If you have 3+ years of insights experience in a strategic market research agency and a passion for understanding consumer behaviour and an owner’s mindset, this could be your next big move.
Join a high-performing insights team that partners with some of the most loved household brands across food, beverage, personal care, and beyond. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy through meaningful research and data interpretation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting end-to-end research projects – From questionnaire design to data analysis and reporting.
- Finding the story in the numbers – Using Q and other tools to extract powerful insights and patterns.
- Managing logistics like a pro – Overseeing fieldwork and sampling to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Client collaboration – Becoming a trusted advisor by helping answer key brand and category questions.
- Upskilling on the go – Learn from experienced senior consultants while tackling a variety of FMCG projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience in market research, ideally with FMCG clients or categories.
- A degree in psychology, marketing, business, anthropology, or similar.
- A knack for problem-solving, curiosity, and telling stories with data.
- Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills.
- Exposure to brand tracking, concept testing, NPS, or a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Q or other statistical tools.
